Last year I was involved in dancing but this year I occupied myself with another sport.
I worked out to develop my muscles. I have weak muscles and I need to be stronger. I had
an operation on my back six years ago, thus I have to keep my back muscles strong in order
to support my back and my body. I did and still continuing to develop my body muscles and
be healthy. I do this regularly each week for an hour, so I can see an improvement in my work outs.
